Privacy Policy

Glow Media LLC is a United States limited liability company providing performance-based lead generation for the insurance industry. For information you submit through this website, we act as the controller of that information. For information collected in campaigns we run on behalf of a client, we act on that client’s instructions and the client is also responsible for its own use of that information.

Information you give us. When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address and the content of your message. If you become a client, we also collect business contact details and billing information.

Campaign and call information. In campaigns we run, we may collect responses submitted through landing pages and information about inbound calls, including the time and duration of a call, the number dialled, call recordings where permitted by law, and answers a caller gives to qualifying questions.

Technical information. When you visit this website we automatically receive your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and pages viewed, through server logs and similar technologies.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we do not ask for government identifiers, payment card numbers or medical records through this website.

We use information to respond to your enquiry and provide our services; to create, place, verify and optimise advertising; to verify and enrich leads before delivery; to route qualified calls and leads to the appropriate client; to invoice, keep records and prevent fraud; to measure and improve campaign performance and this website; and to comply with legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell the personal information you submit through our contact form, and we do not use it to send unrelated marketing.

Where a campaign invites a consumer to request contact, that consent is collected at the point of submission and is limited to the products and companies disclosed there. Consumers can withdraw consent at any time by telling the caller, replying STOP to a text message, or emailing steven@glowmediallc.org. We honour opt-out requests promptly and pass them to the relevant client.

We share information with the client whose products a consumer asked about; with service providers who host our systems, deliver email, provide telephony and call tracking, or perform lead verification and enrichment, each bound to use it only for our purposes; with advertising platforms in aggregated or hashed form for measurement; with professional advisers; and where required by law, legal process, or to protect rights and safety. If our business is sold or reorganised, information may transfer as part of that transaction.

This website uses only the cookies and similar technologies needed to serve pages securely and to understand aggregate traffic and campaign performance. Advertising platforms we buy media on may set their own identifiers on their pages under their own policies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and can use browser or platform controls to limit personalised advertising; core parts of the website will still work.

Contact form submissions are kept for up to twenty-four months after our last contact with you, unless a longer period is needed for a live engagement or a legal obligation. Call records and lead records are kept for the period required for quality review, billing and regulatory compliance, and are then deleted or anonymised. Business and billing records are kept as long as required by tax and accounting law.

Information you submit is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in access- controlled systems, with access limited to people who need it for the purposes described here. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we review our safeguards regularly and act promptly on any incident.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, correction of inaccurate information, deletion of your information, a copy in a portable format, and to opt out of sale or sharing for targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information collected through this website. You may also ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

To exercise any right, email steven@glowmediallc.org with enough detail to locate your record. We respond within forty-five days, and will tell you if we need more time. We will never discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

Our website and campaigns may link to sites we do not operate, including client websites and advertising platforms. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies before submitting information to them.

We operate in the United States and our service providers may store and process information there. If you contact us from outside the United States, you understand your information will be processed in the United States under this policy.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or the law. The current version is always published on this page with its “last updated” date, and material changes are highlighted here. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance.
